- C.J. is an associate professor in Santa Clara University’s Department of Environmental Studies and Sciences. His research focuses on land use planning, housing policy, and climate change. C.J. has a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from UCLA and a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Washington. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and has more than 10 years of professional experience in planning and public policy.

- Robert supports the work of Destination: Home by managing the Housing Ready Communities initiative. Focusing on public policy, community engagement and advocacy, Robert previously worked as a consultant and with the National Democratic Institute to support political parties and activists working for civil and political rights in North Korea, Pakistan and Venezuela. He founded and directed the Durham Association for Downtown Arts in Durham, North Carolina, and worked as a grassroots organizer for Barack Obama’s first presidential election campaign. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Duke University, and a master’s degree from the North Carolina State University School of Public and International Affairs. He speaks German and Spanish fluently.
