In November of 2016, Santa Clara County voters approved Measure A - a $950 million Affordable Housing Bond. It was projected that the Housing Bond would fund 120 new affordable housing developments over ten years, including 4,800 new units dedicated to Extremely Low-Income and Very Low-Income households.Council Member Glenn Hendricks, Sunnyvale's representative on the Measure A Oversight Committee, will give us an update on the distribution of funds from this measure.He will also provide an update on transportation funding for Sunnyvale.
