Livable Sunnyvale's General Meeting on October 17th will feature Paul Hebert and Tom Skinner from Project Sentinel, a non-profit organization. that assists individuals with housing problems such as discrimination, mortgage foreclosure & delinquency, rental issues including repairs, deposits, privacy, dispute resolution, home buyer education, post purchase education and reverse mortgages. Paul Hebert has been with Project Sentinel for 5 years and is very knowledgeable about tenant/landlord law. Tom Skinner is a staff attorney on the fair housing side of Project Sentinel and he will speak to how their department looks at housing differently than tenant/landlord.
